At Health 2 Employment, we deliver the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service to help individuals manage their mental health and stay in work. This free, non-clinical service is designed for anyone experiencing mental health issues that affect their ability to work, whether diagnosed or not.

9-months Mental Health Coaching Support– funded by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), it’s completely cost-free.
24/7 access to our brand new wellbeing platform.
Personalised 1-on-1 support tailored to your needs .
Available to all in work, including part-timers and contractors.

Are You Eligible?
To be eligible for the service, you need to answer ‘yes’ to the following:
Are you aged 16 or over?
Do you live in England, Scotland, or Wales?
Are you in paid employment (self-employed, temporary, or permanent), or an apprentice?
Are you currently attending work, off sick, or do you have a start date for a new role?
Are mental health issues impacting your ability to work?
If you meet these criteria, we can help. Our service is delivered remotely, ensuring flexible support wherever you are.
