  • Not every employer has been able to offer a salary increase, but at Health 2 Employment we recognise the impact of the cost of living crisis, and whilst we are able, we have given all our staff who have successfully completed their probations a 3% increase. This will be reviewed again in 6 months time.

  • Colleagues are asked, each quarter to nominate their peers who they believe have taken extra steps to help others, who have gone the extra mile, or who have put forward new business ideas.

    This quarter we also invited colleagues to share their environmental sustainability ideas, how can we help the environment, reduce plastic, save costs etc.

    Each quarter the winners receive a letter of gratitude and are invited to make a personal gift choice, the gift being posted to the winner’s home address.

  • The Company recognises the benefit of being able to give back to your community and for supporting others, or engaging in a worthwhile activities, such as litter picking, and is happy to consider applications for a paid (maximum 2 per year) charitable days.

  • We are committed to achieving as close to net zero as possible and we are currently looking at the best ways in which we can achieve this - including working with out partners / suppliers to reduce our carbon footprint wherever possible.

  • We operate a remote service delivery model across much of our business. As such most roles are home based, or with only small amounts of travel needed. This allows us to provide you, the applicant, with the most flexible job to help you navigate today’s ever changing working landscape.
