Our Story

Health 2 Employment was born out of a desire to help big organisations on the Department for Work and Pensions Flagship Work and Health Program to deliver specialist health interventions for the benefit of the community at large.

Our Growth

Our professional and clinical profile has grown and evolved over the last 7 years, and as part of our Group vision, the Health 2 Employment (H2E) branding has been updated to reflect who we are today and to symbolise our journey and the dynamic future we see ahead of us, as we have become even more passionate about placing ‘individuals at the heart of everything we do‘.

We chose a new logo that reflects a more modern look and captures our mission to deliver excellent quality health services across the Group including our Corporate Division trading as OH One , Our Services aimed at Businesses including Welfare to Work and Access to Work Divisions, our Counselling Division, and our most recently created Education and Training Division.

Coverage

We have invested in new technologies including a new clinical system, and have learnt following the impact of the Pandemic have versatility and flexibility have benefited our business and how we have changed our working practices to embrace this remote delivery method, meaning we are not bound by geographical location and can deliver our services nationwide.

We only employ qualified, experienced clinical staff who maintain up-to-date continued professional development and registration with their respective governing bodies.
