Remote Service Delivery

Telephone Consultation
We have a team of Occupational Health Specialists across the UK equipped for remote delivery meaning there are no geographical boundaries to our provision.
Our remote delivery model offers improved accessibility, meaning that participants experience minimised disruption to their day, whether that be at home or work.
What to expect
Participants will receive service information prior to the call so they know exactly what to expect when we call. Participants should be in a private space where they will not be disturbed or disrupted, and feel they can talk about personal and confidential matters with our clinicians.
Our highly trained health professionals will make them feel comfortable and at ease throughout the consultation, with a comprehensive report sent on to the referring Service, with consent, after the session.

Video Conferencing
We have a team of Occupational Health Specialists across the UK equipped for secure video conferencing, meaning there are no geographical boundaries to our provision.
Our remote Occupational Health services offer an effective alternative to face-to-face, and mean participants can be in a private space at work, or in the comfort of their own home for their appointment.
What to expect
Participants will receive service information prior to the call so they know exactly what to expect when we call.
Talking about problems can often be personal and confidential – through a secure video conferencing call, participants can rest assured that we handle their information in a secure and sensitive way.
Our highly trained health professionals will make them feel comfortable and at ease throughout the consultation, with a comprehensive report sent on to the referring Service after the session.
