What to expect

We will always make prior arrangements to agree meeting time, location and parking. Depending upon the nature of the assessments taking place, we may be bringing medical equipment on site – we will liaise with you to ensure there are no accessibility issues.

Maintaining high clinical standards are our priority. When delivering services face to face, we continually strive to ensure we act in a professional manner and you can trust us to deliver a professional service.

To enable this, a suitable room will be required which meets clinical hygiene requirements, is well lit, enables us to maintain the privacy and dignity of the participant being assessed, and ensures there is unrestricted access i.e. where required for people with disabilities or additional needs.
