Taking the first step towards seeking mental health support is a courageous decision, and we're here to guide you every step of the way. Through our Access to Work Mental Health Support Service, we offer 9 months of tailored, professional information, advice and guidance to help you have more good days, maintain your wellbeing while thriving at work.
This is a COST-FREE service.
By booking an appointment with our team, you can learn more about the support available to you. Your mental health matters, and we're committed to providing you with the help you need to succeed.
You are eligible if you answer YES to the questions below:
Are you aged 16 or over?
Do you live in England, Scotland or Wales?
Are you in paid employment (self-employed, temporary, or permanent), including as an apprentice?
Are you currently attending work, off sick, or do you have a start date for an offer of employment?
Are you experiencing problems managing your mental health, whether diagnosed or not?
Are the issues you are experiencing having an impact on your work?
Now you can book your appointment, to speak to our friendly team in a safe, confidential space.
