Who we are

We are Health 2 Employment, a group of clinical health professionals and employability key workers dedicated to delivering health interventions and supporting people to get back into work, or to remain in work. Our holistic services are designed to support, empower, educate and safeguard businesses to support their employees and to support our welfare customers to thrive.

Our Mission

Our aim is to provide individuals (and businesses) with a solution focused journey to either manage their (or their employees) well-being at work, so they can enjoy more good days or manage their (or their employees) health condition more effectively and provide support and adjustments so that they can positively progress towards sustainable employment and/or goals.

What we do

Health 2 Employment Ltd (H2E) currently deliver a range of specialist health interventions for a number of Prime Contractors nationally delivering the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP’s) flagship Work and Health Programme. We offer occupational health advice and guidance, occupational health assessments and work focused action plans to any participant whose health is a barrier to them progressing towards their goals.

We also provide health support when you need it, to help you to get individuals back into work, to help your business manage health-related absence and productivity or to help individuals to manage their own health issues. Our expert and practical advice will help you as an individual, and you as an employer to help your people feel better, faster. Improving productivity and performance for your organisation.

We also deliver the DWP Access to Work Mental Health Support Service across all of Central England through the Able Futures programme on behalf of Ingeus to individuals who are either in work or about to go into work and who present themselves with some form of mental illness list that would potentially have an impact on their working day.

We also have a corporate core occupational health and wellbeing services , through our OH One division, including an occupational health employer helpline, occupational health assessments and health surveillance and integrate these with more modern approaches, such as employee health screening, health promotion and wellbeing workshops. Coverage

We deliver the full range of health services and wellbeing solutions nationwide, to a range of customers across the length and breadth of the country. Our Head Office is based in York and we have static sites in Birmingham and Manchester, but regardless of your geographical location, our up-to-date and remote working technologies allow us to ensure that we can deliver services to suit your needs, and those of your employees regardless of where they may live or be based for work.
