Successfully delivering mental health support in work

The Access to Work Mental Health Support programme provides support to individuals with mental health conditions to remain in work.

Support for you

We have a range of knowledge, skills and experience in our Team and offer a range of different services to provide support for your Health & Wellbeing.

Our team of healthcare professionals provide 9 months of professional mental health advice and guidance, designed to support you to remain in employment and improve the management of your conditions.

Our mental health professionals work directly with you to develop coping strategies and enhance your resilience.

We provide expert evidence based recommendations that may include reasonable adjustments and support techniques.

The service is fully funded by the Department for Work & Pensions, meaning there is no cost to you, as participant or your employer. We deliver this programme in Central England as part of the Able Futures Partnership.
