Our Consultant Specialist Occupational Health Advisor
Health 2 Employment, (and our trading division OH One) are inordinately proud to confirm that Dr. David C Batman officially joined our team as Consultant Specialist Occupational Health Adviser in July 2021.
Dr. Batman has been a registered medical practitioner for over 48 years, and is one of the most experienced occupational health physicians currently practising in the UK. He spent 20 years as Head of Occupational Health, Safety & Employee Wellbeing for Nestlé UK and Ireland. Alongside his role with us, he continues to provide occupational health expertise across the globe through his consulting business, including working on the scientific advisory board for Virgin Pulse.
Dr. Batman has industry leading expertise relating to mental health at work, health risk assessments, employee resilience, engagement, and behavioural change. His values and ethos pertaining to resilience, health behaviours and wellbeing are a perfect fit for Health 2 Employment.
