Occupational Health,

Wellbeing & Employment Support.

Nationwide Social Impact.

We’re a Community Interest Company (CIC) with a mission to remove health-related barriers to work, helping people move towards employment and thrive once they’re there. Since 2015, we’ve supported individuals, employers, and communities with services that combine occupational health, wellbeing, and employability expertise.

Now part of The BUSY Group, we now have an even greater ability to deliver joined-up support, bringing together physical health, mental health, and employability expertise under one social impact umbrella.

As a Disability Confident Leader, we actively create opportunities and remove barriers for disabled people in the workplace, ensuring our services are inclusive and accessible for all.
