The Access to Work Mental Health Support programme provides support to individuals with mental health conditions to take up work or remain in work.
Our team of healthcare specialists provide up to 9 months of professional mental health advice and guidance, designed to support the individual to remain in employment and improve the management of their conditions.
The service is funded by the Department for Work & Pensions, meaning there is no cost to participants or employers.
As part of the Able Futures partnership, we deliver the Access to Work Mental Health Support programme across Central England. We have engaged with over 250 SME and large employers, supporting individuals whose mental health is their main barrier to employment.
Our mental health professionals work directly with participants to develop coping strategies and enhance their resilience. We provide expert recommendations and education for employers around reasonable adjustments, support techniques and how to improve cultures within their organisation around mental health support.
